Ahvi is pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 1-1/2 year old, 45 pound, Terrier mix.

Ahvi was surrendered to Rancho Coastal Humane Society when her previous family could no longer keep her. Now she’s ready to go to her forever home.

The volunteers in the kennels tell us that Ahvi is a trusting, resilient little lady with lots of love to give. She really wants a family to call her own. She doesn’t like being alone and she loves to cuddle, but that doesn’t mean she’s a couch potato. She needs regular exercise and she will keep you on your toes and smiling with her active personality. Her family told us that Ahvi doesn’t like surprises and she can be selective when it comes to her dog friends.
